When you contact us we will send you a free, no obligation Travel Hand welcome pack. It includes:

• A short questionnaire (see below)
• Direct contact details of your personal consultant
• Our terms and Conditions

 The questionnaire asks you everything that we need to know, such as:

• Where do you want to visit?
• What are your dates?
• How do you wish to travel (economy, business, luxury)?
• Do you have any pre-requisite arrangements during this trip?
• How much/what do you want to do in your spare time?
• Do you have any particular ambitions?
• What is your budget?

You return the forms together with payment and we take over. You will receive regular progress reports and when completed, your consultant will send you a clear, easy to follow guide containing all the contact information, direct links and details that you need to book each part of your trip, quickly and easily

Simply put it goes like this:

• We send you a Travel Hand welcome pack for you to complete
• We research and plan your trip
• We send you your personal easy booking guide
• You make the bookings quickly and easily

We are NOT a middle man or a travel agent. As this is the case, you benefit in two important ways:

• Your trip is 100% bespoke. It is tailered you YOU, no one else
• Since you make the actual bookings direct, you lose nothing in commission or mark-ups
